watercolor flower paintings are painted on hot-pressed or cold-pressed
Watercolor Paper and also on Textured Claybord (Aquaboard). Her Oil
flower paintings are painted on hardboard panel or stretched
canvas. There are still some original flower paintings available, but
Doris also offers fine art prints and greeting cards of some of her
flower paintings. If you do not find for what you are looking for, you
can commission a special flower painting created extra for you or as a
gift. Usually the flower paintings do have a background, but it is also
possible to paint only the flower and leave the background white as a
botanical painting.
