Dog portrait

Since a few weeks our family has a new member. A dog, named “Mandy”.
She is a Mix between a Golden Retriever and an Australian Sheltie, whatsoever this is. She just has the right size for my kids and it seems she feels very comfortable at our house. She enjoys to play in the garden and has already found her place here and in our hearts.
Our cats do accept her too, so life could not be better for her.
Of course I HAD to do a painting of her. Her fur has such a warm glow and it really made fun to paint her.
Oh, it is watercolor and the size is 8″x11″.
